A Step-by-Step Guide for Fitness Professionals

Stop spending weeks creating marketing materials. Here's how one fitness trainer built a professional website, email sequence, SMS automation, and complete course in under 40 minutes—and how you can too.

The Problem Every Fitness Professional Faces

You know you need marketing materials. A compelling one-pager. A landing page. Email sequences. Lead magnets. Maybe even SMS automation.

But creating all of this manually? That's easily 20-40 hours of work. And that's before you've even created the actual course content people will receive.

What if you could compress all of that into a single 30-minute session?

In our recent Digital Buildout training, LaTonya did exactly that. She started with nothing but a target audience description and walked away with a complete marketing ecosystem—ready to deploy immediately.

Here's the exact process we used, step-by-step, so you can replicate it today.

Step 1: Define Your Target Audience With Surgical Precision

Before AI can help you, it needs to understand exactly who you're serving. LaTonya's initial description was good, but we refined it together:

Target Audience:

  • Women over 45

  • Work desk jobs all day

  • Caring for aging parents and/or children

  • Dealing with tight hips, weak glutes, neck and back pain

  • Need to lose 20-25 pounds

  • Zero time to commute to a gym

  • Lack motivation and energy

  • Feel overwhelmed and have forgotten about themselves

  • Eat healthy but struggle with consistency due to stress and not prioritizing self-care

Notice how specific this is? That's the key. The more detailed your avatar, the better AI can create targeted materials that speak directly to their pain points.

Step 2: Feed AI Your One-Pager Framework

Instead of asking AI to create something from scratch, we gave it a proven structure. Here are the 9 essential elements of an effective one-pager:

  1. Specific Headline - Calls out your audience and promises a specific result

  2. Qualifying Statement - Immediately resonates with their situation

  3. Three Clear Benefits - What they'll actually get

  4. Social Proof - Testimonials or success stories

  5. Logistics - Date, time, location details

  6. Partner Value Proposition - What's in it for partners/studios

  7. Risk Reversal - Your guarantee

  8. Single Call to Action - One clear next step

  9. Event Branding - Cohesive visual identity

We copied this framework into Claude AI and said: "Here are the elements of a good one-pager. Please use this info to answer my following questions."

Then we pasted LaTonya's target audience details and asked Claude to create all nine elements.

Step 3: Let AI Name Your Program and Write Your Copy

Within seconds, Claude generated "The Reclaim Workshop" with this compelling headline:

"Release tight hips, drop 20 pounds, and get your energy back in six weeks without adding gym time to your week."

This headline works because it:

  • Directly addresses their physical pain (tight hips)

  • Promises a specific outcome (20 pounds in 6 weeks)

  • Mentions their desired feeling (energy back)

  • Removes their biggest objection (no gym time needed)

Claude also generated the three core offerings:

  1. The 12-Minute Kitchen Counter Mobility Routine - "Do it while coffee brews, releases hips, strengthens glutes"

  2. The Caregiver's Meal Rhythm System - Eating structure for busy schedules

  3. Your Personal Six-Week Reclaim Plan - Built around their schedule, not a fantasy routine

Step 4: Use ChatGPT Deep Research to Build Course Content

Here's where it gets powerful. We took the "12-Minute Kitchen Counter Mobility Routine" and asked ChatGPT to build it using Deep Research mode.

Why Deep Research matters: ChatGPT performed 79 searches across 12 authoritative sources including athletic training websites, health organizations, and peer-reviewed content. The result? A scientifically-backed routine you can confidently teach.

The routine includes:

  • Proper warm-up sequence

  • 12 specific stretches

  • 30 seconds per stretch, each direction

  • Total time: 12 minutes exactly

  • Perfect for doing while coffee brews in the kitchen

Your only job: Film yourself demonstrating each movement. That's it.

Step 5: Convert Your One-Pager to a Live Website (5 Minutes)

Once Claude created the one-pager copy, we asked it to: "Make this a one-page, beautiful website. Keep it professional and branded for my target audience."

Claude wrote 432 lines of HTML code instantly.

Here's how to implement it in Trainspace (works with most website builders):

  1. Create a new page

  2. Add a code section

  3. Paste the HTML

  4. Remove top padding so it's flush with the page top

  5. Publish

Result: LaTonyaBaruc. com/reclaim went live in 17 minutes from the start of our conversation.

Step 6: Embed QR Codes for Instant Booking

We added a QR code at the bottom of the page so people can immediately book their spot without typing a URL.

Pro tip: In Trainspace, you can now add QR codes directly without downloading them first. Just select the QR code element, link it to your calendar, and it appears professionally formatted.

Alternatively, download your QR code and ask Claude to: "Add this image of a QR code where it makes sense in the one-pager." It'll automatically place it in the optimal location.

Step 7: Create Your Email Sequence (2 Minutes)

We took the same one-pager and told Claude: "Turn that web page into an email."

It reformatted everything to be mobile-responsive and email-friendly. We then uploaded it into Trainspace's email builder using the "Feature-rich HTML editing" option.

You now have:

  • A web page people can share

  • An email you can send to your list

  • Completely consistent branding across both

Step 8: Set Up SMS Automation with Keyword Triggers

This is where it gets really powerful. We created an automation so when someone texts the word "RECLAIM" to LaTonya's number, they automatically receive:

  1. An immediate text with the mobility routine link

  2. A calendar booking link

  3. Course materials

How to set this up in Trainspace:

  1. Go to Automations

  2. Create new automation

  3. Trigger: Customer replied

  4. Channel: SMS

  5. Exact match phrase: "RECLAIM"

  6. Action: Send text message with your pre-written response

You can use the same process for Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, or email replies.

Optional: Add an internal notification so you get alerted every time someone opts in.

Step 9: Create Your 3-Video Course Structure

With your routine already mapped out by AI, you just need to film three simple videos:

Video 1: Introduction (2-3 minutes)

  • Explain what they're about to do

  • Why it works

  • What to prepare

Video 2: Full Follow-Along Routine (12 minutes)

  • Film yourself doing the complete routine

  • Time it perfectly so they can just press play and follow along

  • "We're starting in 60 seconds, make sure you have space around you"

Video 3: Conclusion (2-3 minutes)

  • Recap the benefits

  • Encourage consistency

  • Invite them to the next level of your services

That's it. AI wrote the routine. You just film yourself teaching it.

The Bigger Strategy: All Roads Lead to Your Community

Here's the membership ladder we discussed:

Free Tier

  • Join the community

  • Access to 2-3 free courses (like the 12-minute routine)

  • Weekly group calls

  • Newsletter

Individual Courses - $199 each

  • For people who only want one specific solution

  • Each course you create becomes a standalone product

Membership - $97/month

  • Unlocks ALL courses (if you have 12 courses at $199 each, that's $2,388 in value)

  • Monthly 15-minute check-in call

  • Access to training app with generic programming

  • Weekly group coaching

High-Ticket Coaching - $2,000

  • 12-week 1-on-1 program

  • Custom programming

  • Direct access

The psychology: When someone sees they can pay $199 per course or $97/month for everything, the membership becomes a no-brainer.

How to Generate Endless Course Ideas (30 Seconds)

Once you have your framework, creating new courses is trivial. We asked Claude:

"Give me six more ideas for the 'three things they'll get' section."

It immediately generated 18 new course ideas including:

  • The Bathroom Break Movement Routine

  • The 3-Step Morning Energy Reset

  • The Good Enough Nutrition Guide

  • The No Gym Needed Plan

  • 5 Moves to Melt Belly Fat

  • Desk Worker's Posture Fix

  • The Caregiver's Self-Care Stack

Your testing strategy:

  1. Create 3 new lead magnets every month using this process

  2. Promote each one and track responses

  3. The ones that get 15-20+ sign-ups? Those are winners

  4. Keep using winners as your main lead magnets

  5. Bundle your top 12 performers into a premium program

  6. Sell that bundle for $499+

After one year, you'll have tested 36 different courses and identified your 12 best performers—all while only investing time in filming the content, not creating the concepts or marketing materials.

Advanced: The Two-Brand Strategy for Multiple Audiences

If you're targeting both men and women (or different age groups), you may need separate brands to avoid diluting your message.

The challenge: Men and women respond to different language, imagery, and pain points. A 45+ audience needs different messaging than a 25-35 audience.

The solution: Create sub-brands under your main umbrella.

For example, if your main brand is "Elevate Wellness":

  • ElevateWellness. com/women (feminine colors, focus on caregiver burnout)

  • ElevateWellness. com/men (masculine branding, focus on energy and performance)

You could even create entirely separate communities for each, allowing for more intimate, relatable discussions.

Important: This means separate Instagram accounts, separate email lists, and separate messaging. You're dividing your energy but not diluting your message. That's always the better trade-off.

Tools You Need to Replicate This Process

  1. Claude AI (best for coding and creating HTML)

  2. ChatGPT Plus (for Deep Research feature)

  3. Trainspace (or your preferred website/email builder)

  4. A smartphone (to film your course videos)

That's it. No fancy equipment. No design skills. No copywriting expertise required.

The Bottom Line: AI Handles 90%, You Handle 10%

Here's what AI does for you:

  • Generates program names and headlines

  • Writes all marketing copy

  • Creates course curriculum

  • Builds HTML for websites and emails

  • Designs one-pagers and print materials

  • Researches scientific backing

Here's what YOU do:

  • Define your target audience

  • Review and tweak AI output

  • Film yourself teaching the content

  • Show your personality and build trust

LaTonya proved you can go from zero to a complete, professional marketing funnel in under 40 minutes. The only remaining work is filming videos—the part where you actually add your unique value.

Your Action Plan for This Week

  1. Define your target audience using the detailed format we used for LaTonya

  2. Open Claude and feed it the 9-element one-pager framework

  3. Describe your audience and ask Claude to create a workshop one-pager

  4. Take the three offerings Claude suggests and choose one

  5. Use ChatGPT Deep Research to build out that offering as a complete course

  6. Ask Claude to convert your one-pager to HTML

  7. Publish your landing page (even if it's not perfect)

  8. Film your first video introducing the program

Do this once and you'll understand the process. Do it monthly and you'll have an unstoppable content machine.
