Our Story · Why TrainSpace Exists
We're Here To Change The Industry
Trainers deserve to run real businesses without dropping thousands on coaching programs or stapling together seven pieces of software. TrainSpace is the simple answer: everything trainers need, in one place. Easy. Affordable. Fast.
The Bigger Vision
Be The Uber and Airbnb Of The Training Industry
Get enough trainers running real businesses inside TrainSpace, and the model flips. Gyms rent space to independent trainers instead of hiring them. Any client can find their perfect coach and train at any gym with them. Trainers own their book. Clients get the right fit. The industry finally works for the people doing the work.
THE MODEL IS BROKEN
Trainers carry the results. The current setup doesn't pay them like it.
Old Model
Client gets stuck. Trainer gets crumbs.
New Model
Trainer owns it. Client gets the right fit.
EVERYTHING TRAINERS NEED, IN ONE PLACE
TrainSpace is built to change the model of the industry by giving trainers every tool they need to run a real business.
It starts with business education and the day to day systems trainers need to run, market, and grow. Once enough trainer entrepreneurs are standing on their own, the next step is working directly with gyms so trainers can rent space on fair terms and serve clients on their own brand.
The long term vision is simple. Trainers get paid what they're worth. Clients get the right coach. The industry finally treats the people who do the work like the professionals they are.

Meet the Founder
Cameron Glenn Ritter
Right out of college with a kinesiology degree, I thought I was going to crush it.
On paper, I was "successful." In reality, I:
I wasn't bad at coaching. I was bad at business. Nobody had ever shown me how to run one.
THE LOW POINT
I sold my home to fund the studio and still ended up broke.
I tried to fix it with hustle: 6‑week challenges, marketing agencies, any course I could buy. One month I put up $18,000 in sales. Then I got crushed by refunds, angry clients, and broken fulfillment.
No systems still meant no business.
That's when it finally hit me: the problem wasn't my work ethic. It was that I was trying to build a company on random tactics.

WHO THIS IS REALLY FOR

I realized the people who needed a real playbook weren't big gym owners with deep pockets.
They were trainers like me:
Trainers are the unsung heroes of preventative medicine. They're underpaid, under‑appreciated, and nobody shows them the business side. Most would rather do burpees than open a CRM.
So they stay stuck, even though they're good.
WHY I BUILT TRAINSPACE

I built TrainSpace because I remember what it felt like to be ignored when I needed help most.
Everything inside it is what I wish existed back then:
A note from Cameron
I've been saying for a while that when you find what you were meant to do, you don't feel like you're working. As a trainer, I always felt like I was pushing to get the job done. As an educator for coaches on the business side, I feel like I'm being pulled to get the job done every day, and I know I'm doing what I'm called to do.
I want to help coaches do what they're called to do by giving them every resource they could ever need to run a successful training business, so we can change the world one transformation at a time. I want to be a part of every trainer's journey to make the world a healthier and happier place.
If you're a trainer who's great at what you do but struggling to make it work, you're not broken. You just don't have the systems yet.
TrainSpace was built for you.
If my story feels a little too familiar, don't white‑knuckle it alone.
